The Georgia Army National utilizes ACC as the premier organization to support our medical and dental readiness, and ACC is helping our units achieve a great deal of success. I am the Brigade Sr MILPER TECH (Military Personnel Systems Tech or Human Resources Tech) for a nearly 3,500 member brigade in the Georgia Army National Guard. From my end of the operation; which encompasses both being processed through the ACC soldier readiness processing stations as a soldier, and being a human resources technician and leader; I see ACC personnel caring for Soldiers as family, pushing to get that last Soldier complete, and making changes to improve their own performance.
